IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Delivery and pick-up service is available. Charges are based on ZIP code and occasionally the size of the order. Please call for pricing. Additional fees are added for same day delivery and pick-up. Deliveries are scheduled from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. If a specific time is needed, call ahead to make arrangements.
All deliveries and/or pick-up charges are for tailgate drop-off only. All items will be neatly stacked and put in a mutually agreeable and convenient location. Additional fees will be applied for difficult locations (ex. 2nd floor). Call for a quote.
If no one will be present during a delivery and/or pick-up, please call to let us know. Make sure all items delivered are present for pick-up at the same location. Additional fees are added for different pick-up destinations.
HOW DO YOU ASSIST WITH PICKUP?
Special containers are provided for china, glassware, silver, etc. to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and "table-ready". All items should be free from food and moisture at time of pick-up. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pickup. Additional fees will be applied if items are not returned in the same condition they were received. If you do not have access to cleaning facilities (dishwasher/sink), call to make arrangements for a cleaning fee to be added to your order.
DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE WITH SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN?
All Season & Hank Parker's Party & Tent Rentals
offers setup and take-down services for tables, chairs, etc. at an additional
cost. In order to make your event run as smoothly as possible, tent rentals,
staging & dance floor prices include installation unless otherwise
specified. Should you require any setup and/or take-services, we ask that you
specify and make arrangements in advance so we can ensure your event goes off
without a hitch.
